The work was great and interactions w/employees were very positive, but communication was lacking. My car was originally supposed to be done on a Monday, I called to confirm and was told it would actually be by end of day friday. I never heard back so I called again the next monday, was told it would be by the end of the same day, heard nothing again, called back Tuesday and was told it was ready. If I hadn't called each of those times, I would have received no updates on the time line. As I was paying for a rental car, this was not just inconvenient but also costly.
