Twice i had issues with booking my drop off date. The first time the my apt wasn’t scheduled for some reason after getting off the line with a rep. The second time your phones didn’t work. And then when I came in the next day still no record of me. And I scheduled again and after getting off the line no email follow up and it was not saved

The front driver side window has scratches that weren’t there before. I thought it was just moisture since it was just washed but the scratches are still there. Will contact the office on Monday.
