I had asked for a cost to fix all the scratches on my car. Then I found out the insurance was not paying for the dent on the back right passenger side, I asked for a separate price for that. My rep called and gave me a price. I assumed it was for the scratches, but he said No, that was the price for everything. All that was fixed was the dent. The scratches were not touched. When I called and asked about it, he said he got me mixed up with another customer with the same last name (spelled Differently). I am not happy.

My repair tech was amazing! He communicated extremely well and was so helpful. He went above and beyond - I was pretty late picking up my car after it had been repaired. I was expecting everyone to be gone but he stayed and waited for me to arrive well past closing time. After I signed my paperwork and got my keys he could have easily left and went home but he waited until I got out to my car and thank goodness he did because my battery was dead! He jumped off my car and was so kind through the whole process. Will recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 stars! My repairs are better than I could have imagined, also!
