My repair tech was amazing! He communicated extremely well and was so helpful. He went above and beyond - I was pretty late picking up my car after it had been repaired. I was expecting everyone to be gone but he stayed and waited for me to arrive well past closing time. After I signed my paperwork and got my keys he could have easily left and went home but he waited until I got out to my car and thank goodness he did because my battery was dead! He jumped off my car and was so kind through the whole process. Will recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 stars! My repairs are better than I could have imagined, also!

I have a piece of my car missing that I was never told about, and it wasn't damaged in the accident, so it shouldn't be missing. I have called multiple times and waited hours. No one has informed me of why it is missing or when it will be put back on. I was told around noon when I called that they would locate it and call me back in a few minutes... it is past closing, and I was never reached out to about it being found and getting it to me. I want this fixed, especially since it shouldn't have been given back to me with anything missing that was there before.

I was upset about the piece missing. But thankfully it was fixed quickly by the general manager. He made me feel better knowing that he wouldn't let the mistake go unfixed. The work outside of that was great and looks like it never happened.

Mr. Corner far exceeded our expectations.I hope we don't need body work but this will be our go-to place for sure. The office manager (Kathy? Sorry I forgot her name) was also very friendly —overall an excellent experience (and I generally dread these types of interactions.)

I had to point out on two different days parts that were not installed by the technician. A simple thing as a pushpin in two different areas. It makes me wonder if they did the other repairs correctly. I asked the Geico representative to get in touch with me, Diego and the Geico rep

This is the second time that I’ve allowed Classic collision on Main Street Schertz Texas to work on my car. I thought I’d give you guys a second chance but you did not do or serve me any better than you did the first time. I will not use Classic collision on Main Street Church Texas again.
