The gentleman that assisted me was one of the most professional, customer service oriented service providers that I've experienced. From the initial meeting and evaluation of my vehicle I immediately felt comfortable and that I was at the right place. He followed up with me and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When my vehicle was complete and I went to pick it up he thoroughly explained to me what was done and I left feeling like me and my vehicle was taken care of. More customer service providers could take a page out of his book.
