It would have been a perfect 10, but the mirror repair took 2 trips because the cover was the wrong one and they had to reorder it. Only took them about two minutes to install. Great job

The service I received from John Urdialez was spot on. He is a valuable asset to your company and I was truly impressed with his maturity and customer service skills. The young lady at the front desk I would rate a 4. She was unfocused and seemed to be elsewhere.

The work was good but I was missing a rear socket for a brake/turn signal. I was lied to about it just being thrown in like it was when coming sense tells u a light bulb will not work without a socket. It has and did not get replaced I will not return for and future work. I have had the vehicle for 2 years with no issues until after the shops visit.

On the day of receiving my vehicle back from reassembly I was disappointed to find that a foot long piece of my upper front grille assembly was broken off and thrown away in the trash. I had a prior discussion about the repairs being made to my vehicle with the appraiser Christian and acknowledged that my front grille did have cracks already from a prior incident but, my grill was still “intact” and not missing a with a foot long gap in my grille. Christian admitted his first technician had accidentally fully removed the cracked piece of my grill during the disassembly stage but the technician had left the trim piece of the grille in the vehicle. Now I received a second update from Christian saying his 1st tech could not complete the job due to an accident at work… but he had a second tech take over the reassembling and when the second technician noticed the broken off piece of my grille in my vehicle he had decided upon himself to throw away my piece that was left inside the vehicle. Now I’m stuck with fully broken off piece off my suv that I will want replaced or repaired
