Car was returned to fix the items that were not correct. Passenger window not going down, tint on window damaged a bit on window, paint drip on front fender, comoring off on the 2 doors that were fixed. We are not upset, possibly the job was rushed due to the holidays or for a quota, I specifically told Chris I wasn't in a hurry to get the car fixed. Unfortunately the work was not done adequately and the car was taken back to you guys when we were able to see the above mentioned. Rep had a positive attitude, just have a word with the front receptionist about her exaggeration about people being upset/unhappy with the quality of work. So i had hit a deer in my little audi and it did a number on my car. I’m very surprised at the speed of this place! Their lot had so many cars I was in doubt they would even get to mine on time. All other places It would be 2-3 months to fix my Audi. However, Even with the delay in audi parts they got it done in under 2 weeks. I’m a college student so my car is kinda important to me so i was impatient and called them almost daily and they were sweet every time. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I won’t be mad about it.
