Always excellent service and customer service. Staff went above and beyond and fixing my car one person in particular who is always very professional does a wonderful job and an incredible employee is Jackie She is very knowledgeable very compassionate and doesn’t incredible job which I know it’s not always easy.

Miss Jackie at the front desk started the entire experience off with the very best customer service and welcoming. She never made us feel like we were just another customer. Kacie kept us updated on the process and progress of our repairs. When our car was ready for pickup, Jackie reviewed all repairs with us while we visually checked. We can emphasize, if services are needed again, that we will only use Classic Collision.
