Very knowledgeable about time frame and cost of parts. James was very kind and understanding. Company wouldn't take cash or personal check , had to go get a cashiers check . Kind of a hassle.

although they did a great job with my car and it looks good, they delayed my pick up by a week which was incredibly frustrating. I was supposed to pick it up on the 10th and then it was the 12th, then the 17th, and finally the 19th. Not sure why it was delayed 4 times but at least I got it back.
