My frustration stems from 1) the duration of the repair process--almost 2 months, because of which I had to pay for $900 in rental coverage past the 30 day limit of my insurance, 2) the fact that we again had to have Tesla do work on the vehicle to complete repairs, which of course extended the timeline and added costs. I understand/heard your frustration with Allstate, but from my point of view, it to some degree does not matter. I want/need a repair service that can efficiently and effectively repair my vehicle and collaborate with my insurance company efficiently. Both times I have relied on Advanced/Classic, it has taken quite a long time, involved lots of slow back and forth between y'all and Allstate, and required Tesla to complete. I have tried to be patient, but as I mentioned, the extended duration incurs significant additional cost/trouble for us, so I cannot say that I am completely satisfied. That said, the quality of the work is good. I don't have any complaints about that. And I appreciate that I could use a debit card this time to avoid additional cost.
