Overall, it was a terrible experience. Angel says that she told us we couldn’t take our car through a car wash. My husband and I neither heard her say it. I took it through a car wash the next day because it was returned to me absolutely filthy, and she told me that it avoided the warranty on the repair. There is a white paint mark on my roof racks that they are taking absolutely no responsibility for and it was not there whenever we took it to them just overall terrible customer service.
