I am farid shibly .Today 01/31/23 At the time of release of kia sedona ,I found out that The work was incomplete.the trunk doesn’t open smoothly.part need to be replaced. Glass on the trunk is old .need to replace. I was told by the person who released the Kia Sedona to take it back to the same body shop to fix the issues at my convenient time .

I returned my car because there was damage not fixed They have not contacted me yet I am not happy until the job is completed.

They took 2-3 weeks to work on the car. I called and questioned why it was not finished. They said the parts were taking a long time to receive. After complaining, they had the parts in 2 days. The car was not completely fixed. The front metal strip was not attached and was loose. I took the car back ad they said they will call when the could fix it. I have not heard from them yet.
