Fitz is amazing. I never have any concerns with the repairs to my vehicle at classic. A car accident can be stressful, however I don’t experience that with Classis, I am actually worry free. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Fitz!

Good job on the scratch along the back left side of the vehicle. And completed a day early. I had asked for a very small smudge area on the left front area to see if it could be buffed out. Either it was attempted or forgotten because it seemed about the same. No explanation, but happy otherwise.😇

Unfortunately this was my 2nd time I got rear-ended from someone who was not paying attention. Both times I chosen Classic Collison in Stafford. From the start they were up front and communicated well. Texted me with updates, went above and beyond to get my car back to me in a timely manner. My Lexus looks brand new now. I was very unhappy to be called and told job would cost $700 more than quoted and they “found” hidden damage. They had the car for 4 days before they called to discuss price increase. When I picked up the car an area 1” long x 1/8” at edge of the wheel well had not be painted. .
