The color match to my vehicle is off. I would not care if the color match was a little off, but this color match is vastly different. It’s very noticeable. The day I picked my car up, I had said something about it and they said that it was a perfect match before clear coat. After the clear coat it came out a few shades darker. Clear coat making the paint darker is unbelievable. Another issue is they did not install one of my headlights correctly and missed a pin, which caused the headlight to flap in the wind, in which caused the headlight to get dislodged on the front bumper and chipping the paint. Fresh paint, by the way. When I took my vehicle back for them to address the issue, they blamed the car for rattling the pin out of place because it’s a “high powered car” < Manager’s exact words. I am very meticulous when it comes to my car, I would be aware if a pin to a pop up headlight was coming loose. Even after they fixed the headlight, it’s still loose, and the other headlight is stiff. I did not have these problems with the headlight until after I got my car back from Classic Collision. I asked about the paint again at this time, and it was the same excuse of the clear coat making the color darker and they did not address the chip in the paint that their negligence caused. They would not respray the bumper. I’ve lose all of my trust with this collision center. I do not recommend them.
