Took over a month to complete the job but the repairs took less than week. I ended up having to pay $275 out of pocket for the extra days of rental even though it was their delay. They maximized my insurance and refused to split costs of the rental. My insurance paid them over $7000 and they wouldn’t even budge in $200 for a customer that was patient with all the delays. Sounds like struggling company trying to keep every dollar rather than keep customer satisfaction. I will not recommended this company to anyone.

I'm completely satisfied with the repairs, you can't even tell that parts were replaced. I was estimated a little over 3 weeks for repair time but they got done in about a week. Car was vacuumed and washed before returning and I was given weekly status updates.

Maggie was so sweet and kept me very updated on the status of what was going on. When we picked up the car, and noticed some bolts were missing, they helped us out even though it was past their closing time. Amazing people!!
