The service department went above and beyond to make sure that the repair was done with the highest standards. They also discovered a previous repair that was done improperly and brought it to my attention, helping me get the information I need to get it corrected at the previous service center. The service department and their front office have been outstanding!

This was my first time ever using car collision business and it was the best experience. I first talked to Maggie on the phone and she was positive and helpful with what I needed to do. When I arrived at the office , Maggie quickly helped with paperwork and car rental and introduced me to Alec. Again, I was treated with respect and answered my questions. The whole experience was quick, professional and with a smile. I picked up the car three days later and the car rental and Maggie dealt with car rental. A very unexpected outstanding experience.

The service was outstanding! Car washed, clean and no sign of any damage repaired. Everyone should have someone like Maggie greeting customer! She was excellent in her profession… and actually acted like she loved it! I ended up forgetting my keys and asked if she could keep the keys until the morning due to rain and a dark evening. She said yes. And then called and asked if she could just drop them off! A recently widowed woman, I could not believe her kindness.
