I called 9 days after I dropped my car off just to get a status report. No communication prior to that, The appt for the repair was made 1 month earlier. It took 3 weeks for the repair and completion date was changed twice.

Lack of communication until I heard from my insurance company that a payment had been sent to them and then call your company 4 days after I talked to the insurance company.

The burden of talking to my insurance company was on me. They needed the assignment for my second claim which I requested twice. I suggested they contact insurance. They said it takes too long to get through and is a waste of their time. As a result of zero effort I had to bring my car back a second time. I’ve never had to chase down anything for a shop so it was odd. I felt they could have TRIED. Isaiah was helpful. Other people were not. To be fair it was my insurance company that didn’t do what was asked and I know they were busy during that time. Saying it would take too long and waste their time wasn’t the best customer service answer though.

They were very attentive, keeping me informed of their progress almost daily. The car looks beautiful. Looks like they detailed it. So sparkly clean & like it was waxed & polished. I'm.very happy.

I had an amazing experience at classic collision! I got updated during the process of the repair and it was finished before the expected date. Everyone was friendly and answered all of questions. I will definitely be returning if I have to get any repairs in the future
