Mariah was very knowledgeable and she kept in contact and was very clear about what was happening and when. We had to have our car done quickly as we are going out of the country and she expedited everything. I appreciate her professionalism. Everyone I dealt with at the facility was very helpful and courteous from the receptionist, to Mariah to the guy who released my car to me. It was a very positive experience of something that could have turned into a major hassle, but didn't. Thanks.

We chose Coggin Collision after getting 2 other estimates. We worked with Tom, who was informative & helpful. He provided the estimate the same day & explained the process in a straightforward way. Their estimate was not the lowest but it was competitive. After choosing Coggin, scheduling the work was easy & our car was delivered when promised. The quality of the work was excellent. Our car looked like new & as a bonus, it had been cleaned - inside & out, including the wheel rims & tires. We are totally happy with the quality of their work & the professionalism of everyone we worked with. Out “Thank-you” to all for a job well done!

I wanted Coggin Collision Center because my SUV is a 2026 Toyota and felt they would use the right products for my vehicle. Tom Wilhelm handle the whole process. I had major problems with State Farm wanting to pay what was required to fix the vehicle. Tom was understanding and provided the information I needed to get the problem resolved. Tom was incredible and took care of my care with no issues. He even went above and beyond to help us jump the car when the 12V battery died in the parking lot. Would absolutely come back here for any future problems.

The guys are miracle workers. They fixed what I was told by another Toyota dealership was not fixable and that parts had to be redesigned by Toyota engineers first. Thanks to Mariah whose knowledge of cars is priceless. She identified and explained clearly what the problem was and that car could be fixed , and it sure was!!! I only wish this guys could service cars as well. .
