Just took too long to repair...I only had 30 days for rental so I unfortunately went days without transportation

Even taking into consideration getting the parts in, 3 days under 6 weeks seemed excessive to repair my car...I would be interested in knowing how many days the car just sit...I admit I know nothing about the word "supplemental"..if that had something to do with the delay.
