Why would I recommend them. So they can be as mad as I am. Now I have to take time off work to have them fix and put it back to the way it should be. I dont trust them.

Terrible job. Grille insert not correct one for vehicle gaps around it. Investigate from underneath found harness hanging down. harness clips broken. Grille insert has broken tabs and missing securing tab locks. I took videos. Not happy at all. What a hack job. To release a vehicle like this is unacceptable. Your a body shop or maybe not with that kind of work being done.

Sloppy job putting the car back together. My keyless entry on the door doesn’t work, there’s “stuffing” coming out of the parts that should be hidden. A piece of the door appears to be missing. And the headlight is sticking out more than the other side. This was not a quality job for having my car for 2 weeks.

Cole's staff done a wonderful job on our Pathfinder, making it feel like a new vehicle all over again. After test driving it, we were quick to realize the safe feeling of the vehicle with no hiccups. It was definitely a wise decision to trust Cole's with our vehicle and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if the unfortunate event of an accident occurs. They did a wonderful job and I would gladly refer them to others.

I loved how easy the process was from having a rental car available when I dropped off my car to the regular updates to completing and sending in the final paperwork for me. The car repair was beautifully done as well!
