Jessica was absolutely great handling all the details such as insurance, rental car, paperwork, etc. and very personable! Also, the repair job was very nicely done and we were very impressed that the car was so clean inside and out when we picked it up. Second time I’ve had a service performed at Prior Lake Collision. Both times the quality was impeccable. On top of that, the communication with the staff was great. Had an issue that came up during the repair that cost more. They took responsibility and honored the original price. Integrity is as important to me as the other attributes. They exceeded my expectations.
