The customer service was amazing! Truly top notch. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was the scratch on the side of my car wasn’t touched and I was told you would touch it up for me. Other than that, you went above and beyond!

I would recommend this business to anyone needing repairs on their car because staff was easy to communicate with, they went beyond my expectations by setting up a rental car - other places I've gone to do not offer that service, they called me and let me know the status of the repairs, they initiated helping me with a second repair that was necessary and after I filed the claim, they took away the hassle by communicating with my insurance company and they completed the paperwork and completed the repair at a significantly lower price than the dealership service department had quoted.

The service person fully explained the process, a rental car was set up and ready for my use on the day I dropped off my car to he repaired, my car was repaired in a timely manner, repairs were completed sufficiently, the service person even worked with my insurance on an additional repair that was required and completed it in a timely manner. Both repairs were completed at reasonable prices.

While the bumper looks a little whiter than the rest (could've been the lighting), I'm totally satisfied with it. I can't even tell there was a long scratch on the passenger door and I'm very impressed with what he did with the crack on the door. Thanks you guys. 😃💜
