Very polite. Kept in contact with me on the statis of my vehicle. Final job was done moderately well. Did notice a tiny hole where they fixed a dent in my door. The hole was in the finish paint job. Very minor. May cause rust in the future. It also could be a air bubble it the paint job as well not very concerned.

The friendly staff took care of everything for me regarding the rental car. Great communication during the time they had my car, calling me to update me on the status of my car as well. And they cleaned my car before I picked it up. I really appreciated that. Great job on the work as well. Thank you!

I just received the car back so as of right now the repair looks great. Only time will tell if it will hold up. With the way the interaction took place, I’m not holding my breath.

So when dropping off the gal stayed on the phone to finish up a conversation with her daughter’s Dr. I’m busy and did not want to listen to that. She had no clue I was coming in. She lined up the rental which was also a mess. Just a complete cluster.
