From the initial phone call to Kevin and subsequent communication with him and Leo primarily, working with Collision Pros has been a nice experience. There are at least 6 employees I have interacted with and they all have the most amazing manners, thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and friendliness. I’m not exaggerating; it’s the truth! If half the businesses in the world had the customer service skillset as your employees, we’d have a lot less angry people.
