The quality of the repair was great! I would have appreciated some communication during the process. I called twice to get updates and make sure the repair was on schedule so I could coordinate my rental car. But I was pleased that the repair was completed a day before promised

The sign in process was smooth and they kept me apprised of the situation though I had to call in the morning a couple days after I dropped my car off to get an update as my loaner was initially due to be returned the next day.
