Overall customer service was good, very nice staff and Jesus helped resolve a request quickly. I have just one recommendation, to ensure to communicate that repairs may take longer than expected (originally told about a week, but took over 3 weeks) due to availability of parts and to communicate regularly in status of repair if taking longer.

They have done an excellent job on the repair. Once they got the parts they were very quick in fixing the issue in couple of days when the original estimate was over a week. They kept me up to date with the progress. I am very impressed with the work and the customer service.
