They got the car back to looking brand new like it was before the accident. We had an issue with a tire after I took it back home. They were able to get the car towed back to the shop, inspected, and fixed all issues that were discovered once I took it home. I appreciate the fact that they stood by their work and corrected any issues discovered after I took it back. That is what a quality shop is all about.

Work itself was good. What was frustrating is the self implied expectation of time of when the work would be completed. It was given and then changed 4 times. And not only by a day or two, it was a week or more sometimes. How can someone with experience and familiarity, supposedly, with different vehicle types be so wrong so many times with the repair time needed to do something?
