So far is working good! This is my coming back because i’m really satisfied with the excellent customer service. Everyone I have spoken with is very respectful and polite, specially Chance and Hafsa went above and beyond with excellent customer service.

We appreciate all the updates Robert gave us. He would call and give us thorough information on what’s happening with our car. When I picked up my car, the front desk was also very helpful and nice! I believe her name was Hafta. Car has been running great and looks nice. Overall, service has been very satisfactory! From the initial tow appointment set up to vehicle pick up post service. Everyone was very kind and nice.

I loved the way they communicate with customers. Professionals, polite, kind, very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient! Amazing communication. Chance Sambrano and Hafsa. I sow Chance interacting with another customer and he was the kindness and very caring to help this handicap customer get in her car and also putting her walker in her car!!!! He really is the greatest!!! Hope he knows he is appreciate it ! Because of them, I will come back and refer my family and friends.
