One of the panels is starting to pull away from one of the others. The repair work seemed fine, we just need to get the make and model names put back on the trunk

The company, once they realized they had the wrong phone number, were able to communicate. However, they used the phone number from an insurance company that was not ours. As such, they weren't able to communicate with us in the beginning.
