At this time I believe the body work and repairs were handled well and to my satisfaction. I think the time that it took in the shop was way too long given the repairs needed. 3 weeks was excessive. I was led to believe it would be started right away and take week - 10 days. i could have lived with 2 weeks but 3 was too much.

Crash Champions did an excellent job in restoring the damage to my vehicle. I had obtained estimates from several other repair shops but chose Crash Champions even though its estimates were higher. My choice was based on Mr. Holmes’ customer service approach, explaining the detailed aspects of the repair job. While it is a bit premature to evaluate the long term outcomes of the repair, suffice it to express my complete satisfaction at this time. The vehicle seems to drive more smoothly than when I took it in for repairs, except for one noticeable fault. The vehicle’s auto idle stop is not operating at stops. I hated the feature and manually turned it off any time I drove. I missed it only because it was part of the vehicle’s design. To summarize, Mr. Holmes team has many positive traits going for it, integrity, professionalism, a passion for perfection, and a genuine desire to meet the customer’s expectations. They will be my choice for repairs if I had to do it again.

I had high confidence in Joe Holmes. But after the emerging realities of the work done and his behaviors afterwards, I doubt his sincerity. The rlast he could have done to retain my trust was respond to my email and discuss my dissatisfaction.

I just realized that the front sensors were not fixed and makes it difficult to park properly head-first. I was assured that everything was fixed. When I sent an email to Joe Holmes, he did not respond. Since this repair job is still under warranty, I am going to have to return it for correction.
