Substandard Paint Match (Top of Hood): The newly painted hood section is highly mottled and splotchy. The aluminum metallic flakes did not lay down evenly during application. Furthermore, when viewed from a rear angle, the panel exhibits a severe dark "flop" compared to the original factory panels next to it. It appears a dark primer/undercoat was used without achieving proper color coverage/hide.Improper Masking & Overspray (Underside of Hood): The factory off-white e-coat on the underside of the hood is now heavily covered in silver paint overspray due to poor preparation and improper masking. This sloppy workmanship directly impacts my vehicle's future resale value.
