Job and quality was well done. Only concern is the difference in completion date that was texted to me versus the verbal answer I received when I called. Made it confusing when setting up the rental through insurance. Otherwise everybody was friendly, had a great attitude and gave me confidence that the repair would be handled professionally.

As far as I can tell, everything seems to be okay.

Communication was frequent, though too optimistic timing wise as completion kept getting pushed out. Frustrating as I had out of town family visiting and I lost a day with my son’s family believing that I’d be able to pick my car up. Ended up needing to drive two vehicles everywhere to accommodate 7 persons.

When I picked up my truck. Three of my four tires were severely underinflated. 1 at 22 psi. I turned in the truck with 7/8 of a tank, returned at less than 1/4. The stripping on my bed cover was hanging. The paint was not perfectly matched. But your employees were nice, kept me notified and the vehicle was ready when you said it would be.

The employees were knowledgeable, considerate, highly professional, and courteous. All should be awarded for a job well done. I was shocked when my car was finished in least than two days and given back cleaner than how it was delivered. All I can said is outstanding and thank you so very much.
