We were completely satisfied with the service, time to repair our vehicle, was repair sooner than expected , staff were polite and courteous and kept us informed But, we left the vehicle with them with 3/4 tank of fuel, which I marked on the check in sheet, it was empty when we picked it up, did not check that when we picked it up, but a few miles down the road the warning light low gas came on

Your work on my truck was satisfactory. You keeping me informed was good. When I left my truck with you it had 3/4 of a tank of fuel. When I picked it up I drove about 5 miles when my low fuel alarm went off. If I were your manager I would find the person that helped himself to a customer’s fuel and he would be seen driving down I 10 with his tool box in the back of his truck.
