I had to have supplemental work that was not originally identified in the insurance paper work done. The repairs looked good cosmetically to the affected door, however their is hindered functionality to the power window that should have been identified and corrected before the vehicle was returned to me.

My assigned company representative was great in keeping me updated. She was out the day I picked up my vehicle, I called 20 min ahead so my vehicle would be ready upon my arrival, it was not and I spent another 30 minuets waiting for them to find my keys. I'm rhater displease as this made me late for work.
