Would not recommend. At this particular location, with a competitor directly across the street from you, I’d go to that competitor to give them a shot before trying you guys again. I was disappointed in the experience overall.

Took way too long for repair. The actual repair took 2x as long as what they told me on the day I dropped it off. The location is dirty. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. The guy who handled my repairs and communicated with me was friendly.

It was a poor job, the bumper started to shift down. By the time we drove an hour home it was so low, we thought it was gonna come off. The fit all together was a poor job. I can not believe they did their final walkthrough and thought that was good to handover.
