This is the first time I used this shop.

Repair Quality

I took my car in for repair in August 12- since I was going to be out of town / I mentioned to please take the time to get it done right. I picked my car and noticed it wasn’t done right. Since I was out of town I didn’t have to worry about using a rental . Now I had to go back to get it fixed right and had to get a rental . Even though the staff is very nice - I feel the car should have been fixed right the first time. I feel that they need to check the work that is done by the repair guys to make sure it was done right , instead of the client having to go back to get it done right a second time. Especially when the damage wasn’t major. That would have save me time from having to get out of work earlier and having to ask my boss for permission
