Absolutely everyone I came in contact with gave excellent and professional customer service. From the front desk to the pick up. Fernando handled an extremely difficult situation with a very rude, disrespectful, and a woman walking in privilege lady at pickup. Because he was alone and dealing with several people at once the scenario was was setup for problems. Being alone really put him in a tough and awkward position.
