The repair work took a long time - longer than the expected time, but they stayed in constant communication with me. The main reason was difficulty in obtaining parts. The work itself was exemplary.

Tracy and the receptionist could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and efficient even if they tried harder! They were very professional and knowledgeable in their areas! I was quite impressed! Tracy has worked with me in the past and has always been excellent! She makes me feel better when I come in disappointed in myself. I have been in several times in the past few years…unfortunately! Also, Fernando did very well!
