Miguel quickly took care of a small problem that he believed may have been preexisting and unrelated to my claim. No arguing, no additional claim and paperwork, just good customer relations at the end of a long day. That is what I am talking about.

I can't express the great experience I had with Crash Champions on De Zavala in San Antonio. My insurance company referred me there after someone backed into my car and damaged the front driver-side wheel well, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. What really stood out to me was the turnaround time. They had my vehicle fully repaired in about a week, and when I got it back, there was absolutely no sign of the damage. The paint match was flawless, which is something I was honestly concerned about going in. On top of that, they back their work with a lifetime warranty, which gives me real peace of mind. You can tell they take pride in what they do and stand behind it. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair and the level of service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing collision repair work.
