My service writer, Miguel, exceeded my expectations. He kept me informed from start to finish. His vast experience was obvious every time he thoroghly answered all my questions. I was very confident on every aspect of the repair that was performed properly. I know that he communicated with GEICO in a very timely manner also because there was no delays.He sent text messages every stage along the way so I was always well informed. He called me today, Friday, to I form me the repairs were complete about 430 p.m. He accompanied me on the test drive. He reviewed the extensive itemized repairs. He stayed well after closing to allow me to fill up the rental car & closed out my rental agreement. It is obvious Miguel is a consummate professional focused on my satisfaction. Job well done! I will enthusiastically recommend Crash Champion Collision to anybody.

Overall it was a quick repair and went back becaue when the company was service king I was taken care of. While they did a great job on the repair, the reassembly was rushed; Passenger door was not properly connected.. Door now can only be opened from outside to exit and aux bumper lights were not connected ( I reconnected it).
