Fred was the tech who was assisting me with my claim. Stayed in communication with me and updated me as the work progressed. Even when the insurance agent had an issue with something Fred stayed in communication with both my daughter and myself. Always available when we would call for an update.

Vehicle returned flat. Vehicle returned with unplugged fog lights. Vehicle whistles loudly at 30 mph or higher due to air flow entering gaps of repairs. Cabin noisy due to air flow noises. No communication during repairs. No inspection post repair.
