Your service on repairs where awesome flawless and very pleased with that. Communication with updates perfect...appreciates on car pickup perfect... but one thing missing was my wife left her key chain with a bottle opener that her son gave her was missing only the key by itself was there. Sad...

Other than her keychain bottle, opener was missing. But key was left there. And we're tired was placed inside out opposite direction of others.

I was treated with care and respect by the people at the front desk and the technicians. The service could have been much faster if all of the parts had been ordered at the same time but I don't know what problems they encountered along the way.

Our car was here a little over a month after we were rear ended. John was really great about keeping us updated about what was going on with our car the entire time they had it. When we finally were able to get the car back he made sure we knew all the new repairs that were done and he even cleaned the car for us as well! He also kept in contact with the insurance so we didnt have to and even took the rental car back to for us. We were very impressed with the service we had at Crash Champions!
