I prefer the Ingram crash champions as I never had an issue there in the past.

Took way longer than expected due to issues that occurred at the shop. Two items that originally were never suppose to be repaired were damaged at the shop and upon me picking it up these things were discovered. Let them know and one repair was “fixed” and came back horribly. These things were finally replaced on 7/29/26. My repairs for the original damage were completed on 7/2/26 with one bracket missing but was told I can take my Jeep and the part will be in. This was fixed 7/9/26

Happy they finally got everything fixed but never gotten an answer to why my freedom panels where removed and how did a big scratch get on the armrest. I’m glad they were accommodating to my schedule and to get these things fixed.

I had an amazing experience with this repair shop! They repaired the rear bumper on my white BMW, and the results were flawless you can’t even tell it was ever damaged. They originally estimated about a 7-day repair, but I dropped my car off on Wednesday and it was ready by Friday. I was so impressed with how quickly they completed the work without sacrificing quality. Robert was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, made everything easy, and provided outstanding customer service. As an added bonus, they even detailed my car before returning it, which was such a nice touch.
