My 2022 Camaro was hit while parked, and the other driver's insurance recommended Crash Champions. Working with this shop was an absolute breeze from start to finish. They called immediately to schedule me and got the car in quickly. When I dropped off the car, the rental company picked me up directly from the shop. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and being able to leave the rental car right at Crash Champions when picking up my vehicle made the handoff seamless. Most importantly, the quality of the repair work is fantastic—the Camaro looks good as new!

Jessica and the rest of the team at Crash Champions in Leander was amazing! My vehicle was originally supposed to be fixed from the collision on August 3. I told the Crash Champions, I have a video shoot August 1-5, which will be 10 hour days and have no wiggle room to pickup. My insurance said I would be charged out of pocket for the rental if I didn’t pickup the day of. So then, Crash Champions said the parts were delayed and would be ready the 7th. I was like, cool that works. Then all of a sudden, got a text today that they were finishing assembly and my vehicle would be ready a day before the shoot! They even washed, detailed and waxed it, which I have been wanting to do, but didn’t have money. Jessica said she wanted to get my vehicle to me asap so I wouldn’t be charged for a rental if I didn’t pickup so they front loaded my vehicle as top priority. My vehicle looks like it was never in a wreck and it looks and runs amazing! Crash Champions rocks! Praise God!

Jessica handled everything like the Pro that she is. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and explained it to us. It was an easy transition to secure a rental at Enterprise the valet was waiting there for us. Jessica gave me a date my car would be ready for pick up, and it was ready 3 days sooner. We were very satisfied with the service and the car looks great!
