Restricted by Insurance Company policies on parts ordering, Brittany at ServiceKing still represented the company in a very complete and professional manner.

the lady at front desk (D) would be the only reason I would recommend you. She did what she could

It started with initially only needing a new tire and wheel. Which was the obvious. They needed to replace rear axles and few others and repair truck bed. When I picked it up there was no new tire on the truck. The cut in tire was cleaned up and rotated in with others. The tailgate doesn't shut properly. The frame where leaf springs hit it was touched up with different color paint. Should have been something like rhino liner. All these issues could have been prevented being the insurance covered your cost 100%. And I have yet to hear where my tire is.
