My estimator was Ethan Mason and I worked with him from start to finish! He was personable, knowledgeable, professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They coordinated everything with the insurance company and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Leander. I was a little concerned taking my car to a facility that was not an “authorized” shop for my car. But after meeting with Jessica at Crash Champions I decided to trust them and hope for the best. Great decision! They did a fantastic job in precisely the amount of time that she estimated. I seriously could not have asked for more. The car was returned to me in perfect condition.
