Camila was incredible and kept me informed throughout the whole repair. My car looks absolutely amazing and better than I expected. I was so relieved to have it back after getting sideswiped—this is the first serious auto incident I’ve ever had to deal with and I was understandably stressed and unsure what to expect from this whole process. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and communicative which eased a lot of the anxiety I had. The repair work is excellent and my car looks as good as new. I was not expecting to get my car back cleaned & detailed, as well as repaired—that was amazing! Camila was truly wonderful and I’m so grateful!

I’ve never had a collision center as caring, thoughtful and wonderful communication as Crash Champions. I was continuously updated every step of the way. it was easy to get in touch with everyone in the office. I live in Dallas and they took care of my car days after it was completed as i was able to get back to Austin in time. Thank you x1000 to my coordinator who was a joy to work with. He had a wonderful, caring personality for this area of the business. My car came back cleaner than it was before which i’ve never had a collision center do and i’ve been in a few wrecks in my day. Thank you Crash Champions for the 5 star service!
