Customer service was great! They were great with questions I had about things. However, I did have to change appointment times which resulted in a rental car getting cancelled. I ended up borrowing a friend’s car so no worries.

I know you had to readjust the front passenger door - I opened that window for the first time since picking up my car last Thursday and the window is dislocating the door wrap and seal. Can I bring it in soon for an adjustment?

Esteban was professional and communicative all during the the process. When going through the repairs, he made sure I understood the work completed and tested the car himself. The front desk staff as well was polite and answered any questions when I called. The repairs so far seem perfect, I've been driving for a day but have no issues and the car was clean when I got it back.
