The door handle bezel/trim is busted. I called the shop to tell them after it fell off when I got home. I've not heard back. It is Toyota part 69298-35010 & is the interior door-handle bezel/trim insert for the driver side (left-hand side). Looks like when it was reinstalled the clip was busted off. I hope someone calls me back about this soon. I just need a new one and have it put on.

I just want to take a moment to say how wonderful my experience was with Crash Champions. They did the bodywork on my son’s car, and from start to finish, they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Allen was absolutely amazing! From getting me the initial quote and taking the time to break everything down for me, to keeping me updated throughout the process, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He even called me when the parts came in much earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. The front office staff member I spoke with (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was also so sweet, caring, and understanding. Everyone I encountered genuinely made me feel like they cared about helping us. When I went to pick up the car, Dominic assisted me, and he was wonderful! He was personable, friendly, and so easy to work with. He made the final part of the process just as pleasant as the beginning. Most importantly, the car looks GREAT! I truly appreciate the entire team at Crash Champions for making what could have been a stressful experience so simple and seamless. Thank you to Allen, Dominic, the front office staff, and everyone behind the scenes who worked on the car. Your kindness, communication, and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing bodywork done. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of us!

Reporting on the progress was great. Some parts were picked up rather than ordering and waiting for them to be delivered to shorten my need for a rental car. I was informed when additional damage was discovered, given a price and asked for my approval. Wonderful customer relations!!
