Two lug nuts were not installed; one on each of the rear wheels. The lug nuts and the lock and key were in the center console. When I pointed it out to the lady who was delivering the car she got it rectified immediately.

With a name like Service King I thought I was in for a schmaltzy and ironic experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff was excellent. Delivered top notch service. I was extremely impressed by the way the car came back - greatly exceeded my expectations. They even cleaned stuff (the headlight casings) that weren't even discussed when the car was brought in. Kelly Johnson and Brian Parker are the best!
